INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and PAYMENT POLICY:
We are happy to ship any
order to Canada, Europe, Asia, Down Under, South America, or any other
continent. International shipping is based on weight and destination
and all orders are shipped via USPS. Costs are based on weight and destination. At checkout, choose the shipping method that best fits your needs. If this is the first time you are doing business with us, you must make payment in US funds before the order is shipped. You may send an International Money Order, Cash, or wire funds to our bank. After a relationship has been established we may accept other forms of payment from you.
FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL: Transit time is 7 to 21 average business days. No tracking is available and parcels under 1.8 kilos only.
PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL: Transit time is 6 to 10 average business days and tracking is available to major destinations.
EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL: Transit time is 4 to 6 average business days and tracking is available to major destinations.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TRANSIT TIMES ARE AVERAGES AND PARCELS WILL SOMETIMES TAKE LONGER TO ARRIVE.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY (Please Read)
Once your credit card has been charged and your order has been shipped, the following policies apply.
Every order we ship is double checked by our staff before it is
packed. However, once a package leaves the US with an international
destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to
it, you assume all the risk. You, the customer, accept all
responsibility for your package once it arrives in your country. This
includes the actual delivery to your location. We're sorry, but if the
package never gets delivered it is still your responsibility and you are
agreeing not to contest any credit card charges relating to your
package. In most cases we will have proof that it arrived in your
country and will keep a copy for our records.
4noggins.com will not be held responsible for any
foreign fees, import fees, excise taxes, or duties incurred, and said fees will
be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. In addition, any packages
confiscated, destroyed, or held by customs, is also the responsibility of the
customer.
If any
International order that was paid for by a credit card is contested by the
customer, we will forward a copy of this policy directly to the credit card company
along with a copy of the invoice and shipping documentation.
By completing
the check-out process you are agreeing to abide by these Policies.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Shipping to any state in the USA is $6.75 for orders up to a $25.00, $8.95 for orders $25.01 - $99.00, and FREE for any order over that amount. This INCLUDES Alaska & Hawaii.
Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and will usually be received in 2 to 3 business days from mailing.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We strive to process orders within two business days. In the event that an item is back ordered, we will try to contact you with an estimated delivery time. We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail.
RETURN POLICY:
Tobacco: We will only accept refunds on tobacco if the tobacco you receive is not
the tobacco you have
ordered, in which case only unopened containers will be accepted for
return and refund within 3 days of receipt, or if there is a physical problem with
the tobacco itself, such as mold. Bulk tobacco may not be returned due to health concerns. Please make sure you are ordering what you actually want.
Pipes: Pipes may be returned for any reason up to 3 days after receipt, provided it is not smoked. If you experience a 'burn-out'
during the first few months, please contact
us to arrange a return for a refund or exchange. We do not warranty pipes against excess
wear and tear, such as tenon breakage, cracking from dropping, etc.
We do not accept returns on the following: Pipes that have been smoked, altered, or repaired in any way. Unsealed tobacco tins, any bulk tobacco, and candy. Defective lighters should be returned to the Manufacturer as per their warranty instructions.
Restocking Fee: At our discretion, based on circumstances, we will deduct a 15% re-stocking.
Shipping Charges: If a returned item was shipped to you without charge, a shipping fee will be deducted from the total cost of the return.
We adhere to a VERY STRICT privacy policy, and under no circumstances will any names on our mailing list be sold or used for ANY purpose other than to inform our customers about changes on this site. No information is kept server-side, and is always firewall protected.
