| In 1998 the pipe smoking world was introduced to the marvelous tobaccos of "overnight sensation" master blender Gregory L. Pease. Many pipe smokers had already been smoking Greg's blends for years without realizing it, since Greg had been one of the master blenders for the well known Drucquer & Sons. Greg started his own company in 1999 and soon formed a working relationship with Craig Tarler of Cornell & Diehl.
