Peter Stokkebye BLACK TRUFFLE

Very similar on a sweet of "Trjuffel" this tobacco smells. However, if to smell not kindled tobacco are added also notes of dried fruits. At smoking taste is that: to Cornell and Diehl Apricots and Cream add a few vanilla, somewhere remotely a cocoa pinch - here and it turns out Black Truffle. Weak on a fortress. On surrounding a smell the exciting effect, of course, makes it concerns the fair sex. Men concern this smell on a miscellaneous, from "luscious" to "konfetno-pleasant". Personally for me this easy ароматик on firm "four", can even with a tail. Anyway, I smoke it with pleasure under the weakened mood.

At the advice of a number of friends, I tried this as part of my first order from Rich. I am a relatively new pipe smoker, and was growing frustrated at the lack of choice in brands here in rural northern Maine. I was looking for a better selection of aromatics to try, rather than just the standard Captain Black that I was able to get at the local drugstore, and it was suggested that I try this. I was turned off a bit by the smell when I opened the package, as it reminded me of the Play-doh I had as a child. The first half of the bowl was very mild, with the taste of vanilla and just the barest hint of cherry. Unfortunately though, as I progressed, this developed what I can only describe as a soapy/plastic taste. It may be my uncultured taste buds, but this tobacco just didn't do it for me. I believe that I'll stick with the Peter Stokkebye Nougat which I ordered at the same time and enjoyed immensely.
