Good Aromatic
D'Arice carter (Baltimore, MD) 9/4/2015 1:50 PM
As a new pipe smoker; 2 weeks to be exact, I was drawn to pipe smoking because of the smell of aromatics that came from my next door neighbor's pipe growing up. With that being said upon reading various reviews on the internet and watching you tube videos, I took a chance on Molto Dulce. To be honest, this is a good mild smoke for a beginner with a good room note. The taste is sweet; the Carmel flavor stands out the most in my opinion. There's is little bite and my pipe doesn't gurgle as with the black cherry tobacco I initially started out with. All in all a good choice. I highly recommend to beginners. Also the shipping was extremely fast. I got it in two days from VT to my home in Maryland. Will buy again, along with more purchases from 4noggins!!!

Incredible blend
John Aten (Canton, GA) 12/17/2014 1:00 AM
This is an absolutely incredible blend. Fantastic aroma along with a wonderful palate taste. Smoke it slowly to both enjoy and avoid a little bite. It sure is worth getting this to try. My first order was for 2 tins and just received my second order in 10 days for 6 tins. Let it air dry for a day or so to improve burn.

Overrated

This is an interesting one for me because I have two reactions to it. One was where Molto Dolce saved the day when I was trying to get a bad former taste out of an estate pipe and this tobacco helped re-claim the pipe and extinguish the weird ghost. On the other hand, I just don't get the appeal with the smell. It's okay - but it's just...it's not how people describe it. It isn't caramel. It's something else; something manufactured. And after a couple of smokes I decided it was simply too odd. I tried it as a mixer...and it totally dominated the blend. I'm not a fan of the smell and both the smell and the taste are a little weird for me. Some of the Sutliff's I really super-like, such as the R-Blend and Field Master. This one is too goopy and the smell is freaky. Not a hater, but not a big fan - even though it's extremely popular.
