I have been purchasing Norwegian tobacco from 4Noggins for many, many years and the tobacco always arrives fresh. The Norwegian tobacco is smooth and mild and is always satisfying. Even though the price has increased, I will still order through 4Noggins.

Long story short, this has great flavor and burns well. A little mild for my liking, but an all day smoke that won't bite. Very smooth.
