Some folks, including Jeremy Reeves himself, have gone on about the mildness of this blend and it is that, after a fashion, but only in the context of the rest of the BF series. It's still a stout, fulsome smoke that leaves you satisfied with just one bowl and relaxed indeed if you stuff your largest cob or briar full of this flake. It's a bit sweeter, a bit less rough around the edges (maybe), it's certainly got less of that "raw" character that my fave BF#2 has when it's young in the tin. #5 isn't dethroning any of my favorites, but call me a liar if I say I'm not very excited to see what happens to this tin with 6 months or more of sit-down time on it. 4Noggins is the best in the biz, as always.
