An excellent tobacco and as always great service provided by the staff of 4 Noggins. Unfortunately, I had to pay an additional CAD $253.78 in taxes and tariffs making it a total of CAD $365.34 for 8 ounces because of the Trade War between America and Canada. I cannot afford to buy again while this nonsense exists.
