Rattray's is remarkably consistent all the more impressive when a bunch of contemporaries are total crap or gone these days. "3 Noggins" and Rattray's "Highland Targe" are both fantastic. G & L Pease has a bunch of great ones too including "Odyssey". Since the warehouse fire that prematurely burned up all the Syrian Latakia these three are my favorites...and "4Noggins" is STILL the best supplier of fine tobaccos. Nice job, thanks!
